ESTEEM BLEND HIIT/SCULPT

A combo of hiit (high intensity interval training) bursts of cardio, weights and rest followed by a condensed version of yoga sculpt to give you a total body fun workout so you can leave feeling amazing and happy!

Added bonus: after hiit you will burn calories even when you are at rest! #allthefeels


ESTEEM SCULPT

When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Yoga Sculpt is a HIIT class that incorporates Yoga, hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie-burning effect. It’s 100% core and 100% feel good energy!  Boost metabolism and build lean muscle when you move to fun music! All fitness levels are welcome. Bring a mat and get ready to enjoy the class!


ESTEEM CIRCUIT

Circuit training is when you alternate between several exercises (usually 5 to 10) that target different muscle groups.  For example, you might move from a lower-body exercise to an upper-body exercise to a core exercise, then another lower-body move, upper-body move, and core move before repeating the circuit. Bring your atheltic shoes, a towel, and water.  This class will fly by with all the fun we have!


ESTEEM BARRE

Esteem Barre combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a body barre and/or ballet barre, fun upbeat music, dance moves such as plies, releves, and jumps, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and get ready to feel tone those muscles.


ESTEEM HIIT AND STRENGTH

A combo of HIIT (high intensity interval training) bursts of cardio and weights.  Perfect for all levels of fitness.

Get your St. Patrick's weekend started off right! 5:30-6:30 pm on March 13th

Friday, 3/13 join us for a great heart pumping class sure to get you sweaty and a great calorie burn!    Bring a friend, spouse, and/or significant other.  The class will be a combination of weights and cardio.  Of course everything can be done at your own pace and fitness level. This class is geared for adults however dancers and/or siblings 13 years and older are welcome.


Cost: $10 per person or $15 per couple


***Children will be allowed to play around in an open studio supervised with some of our older dancers. Dream come true for dancers- an open studio with best music playing to just play and dance around!
